配布許諾契約について

以下のサイトからAdobe　Readerの配布許諾契約のリンクからライセンスの手続きを行いたいと思うのですが、不許可のメールkengo_k_0921@yahoo.co.jpが届いてしまいます。どのようにすればよいでしょうか。
